Through a unique blend of energy work, guided visualisation, Strategic Psychotherapy techniques, and immersive sound frequencies, you'll be supported in creating space for renewal and inner peace. During your session, you'll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where we gently tap into your subconscious mind to clear energetic blockages, quiet the mind, and encourage your nervous system to shift into a calmer, more regulated state. This holistic experience is designed to leave you feeling lighter, grounded, and more focused.
Cancellation Policy
To reschedule your appointment, please make contact at least 24 hours prior. If you can’t make it to your appointment and do not reschedule before the 24 hour window, a better option is to ask a friend or family member if they wish to take your spot and attend the appointment for a reading themselves.
