You don’t have to ‘know how to meditate’ That’s where I come in. I’ll gently guide you into the state of mind required to achieve full relaxation. You will both enjoy the experience together but what happens on the inside will be different for everyone and that’s the fun part! It’s normal to have wandering thoughts during meditation so don’t judge yourself when this happens. You get to choose the type of experience you want 1. Pure Relaxation Completely tune out of your current reality and give your mind a break from the constant chatter and endless thoughts. It’s like a beautiful holiday for your nervous system 2. Stress and anxiety relief - Unblocking Using visualisation imagery to circulate energy and shift blockages. Uncovering tension points and releasing them 3. Empowerment Focusing on generating, holding and expanding feelings of positivity, vitality and well-being through the use of breath work 4. Meet or connect with your spirit guide, angels or animal guides during an up close and personal encounter 5. Reunite with a passed loved one in spirit Feel the love and support and be reconnected with those you love and miss dearly The most fun part of this is comparing what you experienced with each other at the end
