This session usually begins with a reading to address any points that require attention Please ensure that you come prepared with some questions and you can ask as many as you like. The trance self discovery mediation: Entering into a daydream like state (Theta) with the aid of primal beats from the shamanic drum, we will put your every day waking mind to rest and tap into your infinite subconscious & higher self. There, we will explore the realms of your deep seated potential and burst through any emotional barriers or mental blocks that may be standing in the way of your ultimate happiness and success. You may also enjoy the subtle, calming pressure of the gravity blanket during this session (optional) As I guide you into a meditative state, your intuition will be ignited as we create space for messages to come to you from your higher self. Channeled messages from your guides and angels will also be delivered through me for your highest good. If a spiritual healing is needed, a purge and reset of your light body and energy centres will be included in the service By the end of our session you should feel deeply grounded with a new sense of connectedness, stability, confidence and ambition.
