Service Description

A soothing 40 minute Womens Wellness Treatment focusing on the face, scalp, shoulders, arms, and hands. Or treat yourself to a Full body Treatment including massage to the legs, ankles and feet This session uses heated palm stone crystals to help neutralise and ground your central nervous system, activate your lymphatic system and sooth often neglected muscles to reduce tension, increase circulation and aid in the release of fluid retention. The stones used will be intuitively selected by Lee and warmed prior to your session. WHAT TO EXPECT A deeply relaxing fully clothed massage experience designed to quiet the mind, release tension and encourage a profound sense of centred energy and peace. The use of Palm Stone Crystals enhances your over all experience as the properties of each stone used transmits it’s energy to you. Session Includes: (UPPER BODY) - Slow, gentle pressure above your brow line, under the eyes and across cheek bones flowing into to your jaw line to dissolve surface pressure and optimise circulation - From here, your scalp will be the focus, massaging the delicate muscles around your temples, across your head and behind the ears - As we approach your neck, slow sweeping motions along your neck, shoulders and collarbones gently direct and release any trapped energy and fluid away from your face - The warmth of the palm stones is then gently carried down each arm into a beautifully relaxing hand and finger massage to finish the treatment - Gentle pressure is applied through the palms and along each finger creating a feeling of release and lightness through the hands. If you decide to treat yourself to the FULL BODY experience, we will continue with: - Slow, flowing movements working through the lower legs and around the ankles with the warm stone, helping to increase blood flow, mobility and circulation - Your feet are then treated to a nurturing massage, with soothing pressure through the soles, heels and tops of the feet.
